It's still unusal to catch SG Ban on the newspaper but massmedia and all journalist in charge of international part in the world seems to adjust to the name quickly. As a SG from divided country by cold-war, it's true one of his challenging assignment is making a wise solution to control nuclear weapon through UN.
Paul's resolution is so simple that there is nothing new. His point is as follows and that's what I agree as a resolution.
1. U.S's consession to North Korea with guranteeing her security.
2. Same level of security to N.K by other SC permanent member countries.
3. Normalization of Korean peninsula by several methods such as an armistice agreement.
It sounds still too naive, though. That is a problem we faced. Can U.S. leader's mind be changed easily? Considering election issues, it's too difficult to raise Paul's hand. Of course SG Ban should empower U.N. leadership in the world against U.S. but I have no choice but to remind that U.N. has a limit from the birth, inter-governmental body. Can he drive overall reform in U.N? Until Now, there is nothing to do except beliving his competency.
